We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator for a 3-month contract opportunity with our client in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have 3â5 years of proven experience in payroll administration, proficiency in the PaySpace payroll system, and a strong understanding of time and attendance/clocking systems. This role requires the ability to manage payroll for large teams (100+ employees) while maintaining high levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality. REQUIREMENTS:
- 3â5 years of proven experience as a Payroll Administrator.
- Proficiency in the PaySpace payroll system.
- Experience working within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of time and attendance/clocking systems.
- Ability to manage payroll for large teams (100+ employees).
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
DUTIES:
- Process end-to-end payroll using PaySpace.
- Manage payroll data for 100+ employees.
- Administer and reconcile clocking/attendance systems.
- Pull batches from the clock-in system and integrate them into PaySpace.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, tax legislation, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records.
- Assist with payroll-related queries from staff and management.
- Support HR and finance teams with payroll reporting as required.
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30
- Friday: 08:00 â 13:00 with the potential to work from home
