How you'll role
As an Account Manager, you will be at the heart of creative operations, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions. Your main focus will be on sustaining client relationships, managing workflows, and ensuring that all deliverables align with client expectations and industry standards. You will oversee projects from conception to rollout, using your expertise in digital and TTL marketing to drive commercial success.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Act as the lead point of contact for all client matters
- Collaborate with internal teams to define project scopes and deliverables
- Manage campaigns from concept through to reporting
- Ensure effective communication between agency, clients, and suppliers
- Stay informed on industry trends and provide proactive client advice
- Assist with new business pitches and market research
- Develop marketing strategies tailored for clients
- Participate in brand planning workshops and ensure quality standards
- Produce timely and efficient contact reports and campaign case studies
Requirements:

- Proven track record with major clients in industries such as FMCG, pharmaceutical, automotive, and finance
- Strong performance analytics and data interpretation skills
- Excellent account management and multitasking abilities
- Firm grasp of current visual, design, and creative trends
- Proficiency in sales, budgeting, invoicing, and negotiation
- Reliable, organized, and able to work under pressure
- Solution-focused with excellent crisis management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in an advertising agency is essential
