PROCESS MANAGER – COAL PROCESSING (ERMELO)

Are you an experienced professional passionate about optimizing coal processing operations? We’re looking for a skilled Process Manager to oversee our coal processing plant in the Ermelo area. This is a key role responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production while driving plant performance and recovery rates. Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mineral Processing, Metallurgical, Chemical, or Mining Engineering.
• 7–15 years of experience in coal processing, beneficiation, or mineral plant management.
• Strong knowledge of coal washing, dense medium separation (DMS), flotation, and screening processes.
• Experience with process control systems (SCADA, PLC) and plant optimization tools.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
