Role Purpose
The Lead Warmer plays a vital administrative and client coordination role within the sales team. This position is responsible for contacting prospective clients, engaging leads, and scheduling appointments for Sales Consultants. The purpose of this role is to ensure a smooth, efficient sales process by managing client communication, coordinating diaries, and enabling Sales Consultants to focus on closing sales and client service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Warming & Scheduling
• Contact prospective clients telephonically to arrange appointments for Sales Consultants.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments based on consultant availability and client preferences.
• Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and send reminders.
Administrative Support
• Capture and maintain accurate client information and appointment details in the CRM system.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports outlining scheduled appointments and client interactions.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team as required.
Client Interaction
• Handle client queries related to scheduling and appointments in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts or client concerns efficiently and courteously.
Requirements:
- Sales Lead: 1 to 2 years
Role Requirements
Qualifications
• Matric Certificate (essential).
• RE5 and FAIS (NQF5 Wealth Management) qualifications are advantageous.
Experience
• Previous experience in an administrative, client service, or sales coordination role preferred.
• Experience handling telephonic client communication advantageous.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling and data entry.
