Reporting to the Branch Manager
Job Purpose:
Position requires a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoices - all invoices on system
Quotes on system
Opening new accounts
Tanks serial number - add on the system to specific customer and if a customer have its own tanks
Credit notes
Filing - to scan invoices in and add on the system and physical filling in the files and all other filling - accounts, stock, new customers
Acs; stock and new customer ( on the system and physical filling) Receiving of stock
Assisting with Work trainer
Debtors

Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum of 1 years in a similar role
Education:
Relevant qualification in administration, finance or related field.
Skills:
Strong communication and training abilities.
CRM skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to assess equipment, areas, and understand technical reports.
Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.
Proficient in order processing and reporting.
Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of hygiene standards, equipment, and audit criteria.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position.
Frequent travel to client sites may be required.
Occasional extended hours may be necessary to meet customer needs.

Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
