About the Role
As a Graphic Designer at Hyrax, you’ll be responsible for creating fresh, competitive, and scroll-stopping designs for a wide range of campaigns across platforms like Meta , TikTok , YouTube , and Native . Your creativity will play a direct role in engaging audiences and elevating our ad performance.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Content Creation
- Develop visual concepts that align with marketing strategies and campaign goals
- Design original, scroll-stopping content that captures attention and drives engagement
- Translate briefs and key messages into visually compelling assets
- Proactively contribute new ideas for visual storytelling and creative strategy
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver integrated campaign materials
- Participate in regular creative discussions to align on timelines and objectives
- Clearly communicate to ensure design expectations are met — and exceeded
Asset Management & Delivery
- Prepare and deliver final graphics in the correct formats
- Organize, archive, and manage assets for future use
- Stay up to date with current design and marketing trends to ensure content remains fresh and competitive
Requirements:

- Strong understanding of social media and online platforms
- Extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Excellent command of the English language

Requirements
- 1–2 years of graphic design experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Strong understanding of social media and online platforms
