Key Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting, Debtors, Creditors Cash Book etc
Cost and Management Accounts
Group Reporting
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, statements, and projections for senior management
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies and procedures.
Manage audits, liaise with auditors, and ensure all financial records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements.
Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and risk assessments.
Coordinate with other departments to support overall business planning and strategy.
Evaluate and implement financial software systems to improve efficiency.
Responsible for stock/inventory control
Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience:BCom Finance/Accounting
Proven track record of financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting,
Hands-on Debtors, Creditors Cash Book, stock/inventory control, cost and management accounts experience at middle management level.
People Management skills
Strong Computer skills - financial software systems knowledge
