What You’ll Do

Research and identify job opportunities and hiring companies that match our candidate profiles

Assist with sourcing candidates and clients via LinkedIn and other platforms

Support outreach campaigns and create and thereafter maintain our internal tracking sheets

Format and update candidate CVs and profiles

Learn and contribute to full-cycle recruitment operations (from sourcing to placement)

Communicate directly with the CEO and leadership team on live projects
Required Tools & Skills-
LinkedIn (sourcing, search filters, and outreach)

Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)

Microsoft Outlook (email & scheduling)
-
Canva or Google Slides (visuals)
-
Excel / Google Sheets (database creation & maintenance and pipeline tracking)

CRM experience

Excellent written and verbal communication

Attention to detail (yes, this will matter later )
Education & Requirements-
Completed degree or diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Communication, or related field

Laptop with good specs, reliable internet connection, and ability to commute for meetings

Based in Cape Town

Comfortable working in a startup environment: juggling, problem-solving, and meeting tight deadlines
