Description:
Reporting to the MD of this corporate, the function of the HR Officer includes Talent Management and Development; onboarding and induction; employee relations, performance management, training and development, culture and engagement, compliance and documentation, payroll, health and safety, wellness, HR strategic planning and workforce insights. Work with senior department managers within this retail/manufacturing/operations corporate.
Requirements:
- Hr: 10 years or more
- Business Administration: 10 years or more
- Ir: 10 years or more
Masters degree in HR, with IR, labour law and business administration. Minimum 10 years within corporate HR operations environment. Durban based position. Travel involved. Salary market related.
