A results-driven agency specializing in turnkey property marketing solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist to support and drive paid media campaigns across key digital platforms.Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other channels.

Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns across all channels to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach, engagement, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.

Conduct audience and keyword research (e.g., using Google Keyword Planner) to optimize ad spend.
-
Create and manage ad copy, visuals, video assets, and A/B tests to continuously improve performance.
-
Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion/event tracking.
-
Implement UTM standards for accurate cross-channel attribution.
-
Track and report on campaign metrics weekly and monthly using Excel, Google Sheets, Dashthis, or Data Studio.
-
Collaborate with creative and content teams for consistent ad messaging.
-
Assist in budget allocation and timely invoicing.
-
Onboard new paid-ads clients: define objectives, configure accounts, and align tracking.
-
Stay updated on the latest social, Google, and AI ad tools and trends to implement cutting-edge strategies.
Minimum Requirements:

Experience: 2-3 years in paid social and web advertising (Meta and Google Ads).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of:

Meta Ads Manager

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

Google Analytics and Tag Manager

Familiarity with key digital metrics ( CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score ).

Core Skills: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

A Plus: Basic SEO understanding and familiarity with other channels (DV360 basics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

Data Proficiency: Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
