Description:
Overseeing multiple related projects within an organisation to ensure they align with strategic business goals.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (NQF7) in Mining, Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), Occupational Health and Safety or related mining industry fields.
- 5 years` post graduate experience (excluding graduate training) in the mining industry
- 2 years' experience in the management of projects or programmes.
- 2 years' experience in people management.
Duties
- Coordinate and manage several projects under one programme.
- Align projects with organisational strategy and objectives.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Communicate progress and risks to senior management.
- Support and guide project managers to ensure consistent delivery.
