TEAM LEADER – RENTALS (KLIPRIVIER)

Description:

To plan and oversee the refurbishment of rental units efficiently, ensuring adherence to budget, agreed standards, and timelines. The role requires managing the refurbishment process from start to handover, while leading a team and maintaining operational excellence. Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree or Diploma in Operations or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 5 years’ experience in refurbishment, construction, or rental operations.
• Supervisory experience in manufacturing, construction, or rental environments.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong team leadership and staff supervision.
• Knowledge of refurbishment processes and construction/manufacturing tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management abilities.
