To plan and oversee the refurbishment of rental units efficiently, ensuring adherence to budget, agreed standards, and timelines. The role requires managing the refurbishment process from start to handover, while leading a team and maintaining operational excellence. Minimum Qualifications & Experience:- Degree or Diploma in Operations or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license.
- At least 5 years’ experience in refurbishment, construction, or rental operations.
- Supervisory experience in manufacturing, construction, or rental environments.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong team leadership and staff supervision.
- Knowledge of refurbishment processes and construction/manufacturing tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
