Description:
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process: from job brief, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, to offer management. Build strong relationships with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements. Use a variety of tools (LinkedIn, job portals, networking, referrals, ATS systems) to source candidates. Assess candidates skills, experience, and culture fit through CV review, interviews, and psychometric assessments (where applicable). Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and offer negotiations between clients and candidates. Maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates for future roles. Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices in South Africa. Represent the company brand professionally across all platforms.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruiter (agency or in-house). Strong understanding of the South African labour market and recruitment practices. Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn, Pnet, and job boards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple roles simultaneously. Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail. Relevant qualification in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred.
