Develop a business plan that reflects market opportunities within your portfolio. Produce and implement a sales plan to identify, develop, and manage prospects. Underwrite and accept risks within delegated authority to ensure effective execution. Grow and retain business to achieve GWP (Gross Written Premium) and profitability targets. Monitor and track productivity levels. Work closely with brokers to understand their needs and deliver superior client service. Analyse brokers business plans to identify and develop future opportunities. Develop and strengthen broker relationships to meet business growth targets. Ensure compliance with underwriting standards, procedures, and controls. Implement agreed underwriting measures to maintain targeted loss ratios and rates. Adhere to risk acceptance criteria, reinsurance capacity, risk classifications, decline risks, and approved pricing tools.
