Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Forecasting:
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals

Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term business plans Analyse market trends and financial data to advise on business decisions Financial Reporting & Analysis: Produce accurate financial reports, statements, and performance metrics Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted figures Present financial results to senior management and stakeholders Cost Control & Efficiency: Monitor operational costs and implement cost-reduction strategies Identify areas for financial improvement and increased efficiency Oversee asset and capital expenditure management Risk Management & Compliance: Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards Liaise with External Auditors, regulatory bodies, and tax authorities Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements Manage bank relationships, loans, and funding arrangements Oversee investment and financing decisions Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure performance and professional growth Oversee training, delegation, and performance reviews Collaborate with other departments to align financial and operational goals Stakeholder Engagement: Provide strategic financial input to the executive team Prepare financial presentations for shareholders and Board meetings Support business development and project feasibility assessments
Qualifications & Skills:
BCom Accounting Degree CIMA ACCA Knowledge of IFRS
