Role Purpose
Own the design layer (Figma-first) of our website services arm and build marketing pages, such as local landing pages and campaign or workshop pages across common CMSs when needed. For websites, you''''ll transform Relume wireframes, style guides, client brand assets, and Claude-generated copy into polished, high-impact designs that are ~90% ready before review. Over time, there is potential to take on Webflow development work depending on volume. For landing pages, you''''ll competently build pages in common CMS platforms to support email campaigns, Google Ads, workshops, and local marketing funnels.
Core Responsibilities
Design (Primary)

Translate Relume sitemaps, wireframes, and style guides into conversion-focused Figma designs with strong hierarchy, spacing, pacing, and CTA strategy

Refine and humanize Claude-generated copy for clarity, tone, and conversion alignment

Make proactive layout decisions, such as adding or removing sections and adjusting pacing, with minimal direction
Build (Secondary, when needed)

Develop websites in Webflow using our Figma Webflow SOP

Design and implement landing pages across CMSs such as WordPress builders, Squarespace, Wix, and HubSpot for marketing campaigns and events

Apply clean, on-brand styling with responsive behavior, proper spacing, and alignment
Must-Have Skills

Design-first mindset with a Conversion Rate Optimization lens, creating a clear hierarchy, persuasive CTAs, and strong user flows

Expertise in Figma, including components, variables, libraries, and Relume workflows

Competence in Webflow builds with clean class naming and structure, plus comfort with WordPress builders such as Elementor, Divi, and WPBakery as well as Squarespace, Wix, and HubSpot CMS
