    The Role: Intermediate BI Developer
    This position supports the design, development, and optimisation of BI solutions. Youll be working on ETL pipelines, data modelling, reporting, and performance improvements while engaging with cross-functional teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines

    • Perform data modelling and create/optimise data warehouses

    • Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel

    • Write complex SQL queries for analysis

    • Monitor and improve performance of BI solutions

    • Explore emerging BI technologies and recommend improvements

    • Collaborate with IT and business teams to meet data needs

      About You

      • IT Degree/Diploma

      • 2+ years BI/SQL experience

      • Strong MSSQL, SSIS, and ETL knowledge

      • Power BI and Excel proficiency

      • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python preferred)

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

      • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven

      • Collaborative and adaptable to dynamic environments
