Orchestrate delivery across a high-impact banking division.
About the Role
You’ll be the Chief Banking Officer’s business partner, driving divisional planning, financial performance management, cost control, and operational excellence. This role blends strategic coordination with hands-on execution: building scorecards and reports, modelling performance, coordinating projects, and ensuring governance and compliance are applied consistently across the division.

Champion risk, governance and ethics: maintain risk registers, monitor BCM/ERM activities, and escalate incidents appropriately.
Plan and coordinate strategic projects, events and stakeholder engagements; monitor milestones, timelines and funding parameters.
Lead divisional performance reporting: maintain the scorecard, analyse data gaps, implement reporting improvements, and support policy revisions.
Enable people delivery through basic performance management and capacity planning processes.
