Roles and ResponsibilitiesReporting to:
- Chief Operations Officer
Responsibilities:
- Implement and ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance
- Oversee and manage QC, QA and ensure H&S compliance
- Devise and review specifications for products and processes
- Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and inspection
- Compile management reports
- Monthly data analysis to measure performance
- Continues improvement
- Timeously address and close our Non-Conformances with corrective actions

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Quality and Health and Safety
- Strong experience in manufacturing environment
- 5+ years experience in a SHEQ Manager role
- Soft skills: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lead Auditor and Core Tools
- Fully computer literate
