Requirements:Grade 12 Tertiary qualification will be highly beneficial 3+ years admin / reception experience Very presentable appearance Well spoken Self starter Available as soon as possible with a short to no notice period Responsibilities:
RECEPTION & ADMINISTRATION
Switchboard as well as providing front line contact with clients and suppliers Filing Administration tasks Recording of training delegates registrations & feedback Stock take & ordering of stationary & drinks Typing and tasks as & when required by consultants Assisting with production of courses when required Providing backup to the General Manager & Hostess where necessary All tasks assigned by management SUPPORT FOR THE COMPANY'S APP
Providing Front-End and Back-End support for users on the Coaching App Liaising with developers where necessary when the need arises SUPPORT WITH TRAINING AND APEX ACTIVITIES
Assist in preparation of the venue for activities (training, videos etc.) Assist in logistics, food, drinks, beverages, etc. related to Apex activities TRAINING SUPPORT
Prepare relevant training materials (proxy & delegate binders) Manage Public Program register CUSTOMER LIAISON
