Job DescriptionEvaluate staff competency in line with company standards. Plan, develop, deliver, and manage staff education and training programs. Guide and support staff and students in achieving set learning goals. Use technology and training tools to enhance learning and improve staff proficiency with medical equipment. Assist in reviewing nursing documentation when required. Ensure proper implementation and maintenance of patient documentation standards. Identify high-potential learners and create opportunities for their growth through advanced learning pathways. Provide corrective guidance and interventions to strengthen staff skills. Job Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric). Professional Nursing qualification with registration at SANC. Sound knowledge of the scope of practice for all nursing categories and SANC regulations. Nursing Education and/or Assessor qualification (advantageous). Prior experience in education, facilitation, or mentorship (preferred). Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to continuous improvement and staff development. Critical awareness of patient safety and quality care. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Kronos, etc.). Own reliable transport. Willingness to work occasional night duty.
