Key Accounts Manager / Client Services

Our client, a creative, fast-growing branding studio based in the heart of the Winelands. Is looking for a dynamic Key Accounts Manager/Client Service professional to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrive. Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related filed
Minimum 2 years’ experience in account management / client service within the branding, marketing, or advertising industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong project management skills – able to multitask and thrive under pressure
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and problem-solving ability
Experience working with branding, marketing, or advertising campaigns (preferred)
Collaborative team player, but confident working independently

What You’ll Do
Be the primary point of contact for your clients – understanding their needs and goals
Build and maintain long-term relationships through regular communication and presentations
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, production) to deliver impactful branding campaigns
Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth project delivery
Provide strategic insights and guidance based on industry trends and best practices
Act as a liaison between clients and teams , ensuring alignment and clear communication
Stay on top of industry trends and share valuable recommendations with clients
