Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Agen t to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by selling Life Insurance. You will assess clients’ needs and build long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell insurance products to individuals and businesses.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking FACE -TO - FACE , referrals, and other lead-generation methods.
- Explain policy features, coverage options to customers clearly and accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of client information, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, product offerings, and market trends.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 required.
- Must have a valid South African ID.
- Must be 18 and above.
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and persistent.
Compensation:
