Deli Manager - KnysnaWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Deli Manager to oversee the daily operations of our deli counter. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service, exceptional product quality, and a welcoming customer experience Duties and Responsibilities:- Manage all deli operations, including preparation, display, and sale of products.
- Supervise, train, and motivate deli staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Maintain quality control standards for all products and presentations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with management on product selection, specials, and seasonal offerings.
- Oversee cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting for the deli section.
- Proven experience in a deli, café, or food retail environment, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, storage, and hygiene practices.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage staff and maintain operational efficiency.
- Computer literate, with experience in POS systems.
- MUST have a valid drivers license and OWN reliable transport
