Deli Manager - KnysnaWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Deli Manager to oversee the daily operations of our deli counter. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service, exceptional product quality, and a welcoming customer experience Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all deli operations, including preparation, display, and sale of products.
• Supervise, train, and motivate deli staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Maintain quality control standards for all products and presentations.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with management on product selection, specials, and seasonal offerings.
• Oversee cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting for the deli section.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in a deli, café, or food retail environment, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food handling, storage, and hygiene practices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage staff and maintain operational efficiency.
• Computer literate, with experience in POS systems.
• MUST have a valid drivers license and OWN reliable transport
