Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Administrator to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales representatives, processing sales orders, maintaining customer accounts, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process and manage sales orders from initiation to completion
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
3. Assist sales representatives with inquiries, product information, and order status updates
4. Prepare sales reports and is able to provide data analysis when requested
5. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
6. Manage customer returns and refunds in accordance with company policies
7. Support the sales team in creating and organizing sales materials and presentations
8. Assist in organizing and attending sales events and trade shows as needed
9. Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a sales administration or related role
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
5. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software tools
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
8. Knowledge of basic sales principles and techniques
9. A proactive and customer-focused attitude
