Description:
As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving efficiency and innovation within our Remanufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will include:
• Staying current with the latest developments in business analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Understanding and adhering to relevant budgets and organisational constraints.
• Engaging with current process stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Performing comprehensive data and information gathering activities.
• Executing thorough analysis of collected data and information to identify opportunities.
• Designing and developing process improvement and optimisation solutions.
• Implementing and evaluating the effectiveness of optimisation designs and solutions.
• Maintaining strong relationships with internal process stakeholders.
• Monitoring and maintaining project plans, timelines, and adherence to budgets.
• Providing regular updates on project milestones to relevant parties.
• Generating detailed project implementation reports for stakeholders.
• Reporting on project outcomes and any identified issues.
• Drafting final reports for submission to leadership and process stakeholders.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
• Education:
o B.Com in Business Administration or Information Systems.
o Progress towards an Honours degree is advantageous.
• Experience:
o Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in a Business Analyst role.
o Demonstrated experience in project management.
o A strong track record of successfully delivering projects from conception to completion.
• Skills:
o High degree of proficiency in various business analysis techniques.
Other Requirements:
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, Agile Business Analyst certification).
