Logistics Coordinator

Description:

We are looking for a detail-driven and customer-focused Logistics Co-ordinator to join our team. It is essential to have experience with exports. Minimum Requirements:

1. Grade 12
2. At least 2 years’ experience in logistics, exports, or freight forwarding (wine industry knowledge is highly beneficial).
3. Strong computer literacy (MS Office, SAGE, Wine Online).
4. Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as the link between customers, suppliers, warehouses, and transport companies to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries
• Manage export activities, production and distribution planning, and stock monitoring
• Handle logistics documentation, invoicing, and compliance with export, customs, and regulatory requirements
• Ensure adherence to quality, health, and safety standards
• Build strong relationships with clients and service providers while resolving queries and complaints efficiently
