Reports to Chief Sales OfficerMain Purpose of the Position:
To contribute to the achievement of the Bloemfontein regional sales objectives and TLG’s of increasing the Company’s market share by generating new sales accounts and to ensure that existing accounts are serviced, maximized and maintained throughout.
Responsibilities:
Key Account growth management, development and profitability.
Sales pipeline development with projects.
Preparation and achievement of the sales budget by measurable action plans.
Writing specifications.
Reseller sales growth and catchment development.
High-level understanding of building process and application of coatings.
Account management, development and profitability.
Customer survey and pricing reports.
Provide advice, training and presentations to customers.
Market intelligence data and product benchmarking process.
Category Management.
Debtor query management.
Financial sales management, margin and ASP calculation
Requirements:
Qualifications Required:Must be in possession of a Grade 12 qualification.
A Sales qualification would be advantageous.
Competencies Required:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Strong technical coatings knowledge.
Strong Business acumen.
Key Skills and Qualifications Required:
Minimum Matric qualification.
Formal qualification, degree or diploma in Sales/Marketing – Desirable.
Must have at least 5 years’ relevant practical sales experience gained within a paint- related environment
Drivers License
Good communication skills
Paint and coatings related knowledge
