  • Answer, screen and direct incoming calls (switchboard) and emails
  • Manage reception area and maintain a welcoming environment
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Handle general administrative support (filing, scanning, correspondence)
  • Assist team with documentation and candidate coordination
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and good telephone etiquette
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
