Description:

A well-established IT company is looking for a proactive and well-organised IT Support Co-Ordinator to join their team. This role focuses on managing support tickets, coordinating communication between clients and engineers, and providing first-line technical assistance. It’s ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
  • Level 1 IT qualification, IT diploma, or relevant certifications.
  • Industry certifications such as A+, N+, MCSA, MCSE, CCENT, CCNA (advantageous).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an IT support role.
  • Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, basic networking, and remote support tools.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging interactions professionally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with effective prioritisation.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Own reliable transport (Johannesburg-based role).
