Job Description:We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual with previous management or supervisory experience to join us as a Trainee Store Manager. This role is designed to give you hands-on exposure to all aspects of our store operations, with the clear intention of stepping into a Store Manager position once training is completed.Salary: R12 000 per month + Benefits Included Key Responsibilities (with training and support):
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff supervision, cash-ups and stock control.
  • Lead by example on the shop floor, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
  • Learn and apply company procedures for ordering, receiving, and managing stock.
  • Support staff scheduling and performance management.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation and compliance with policies.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements:
  • Proven management or supervisory experience in retail or a related environment.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities.
  • Reliable, organized and proactive.
  • Flexible to work retail hours.
