Description:
Minimum requirements:- 5+ years experience in multi-unit fast food/QSR operations management.
- Strong knowledge of stock control, food costs, and operational efficiency.
- Proven ability to maintain and enforce hygiene and cleaning standards.
- Experience with staff management, including hiring, training, and disciplinary processes.
- Solid understanding of labour law and prior experience representing a business at the CCMA.
- Must have a valid drivers license and be willing to travel extensively between stores.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple fast-food outlets.
- Conduct regular stock takes, spot checks, and food cost control across all stores.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, health & safety, and cleaning standards in preparation for internal and external audits.
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring and maintaining brand standards across all stores.
- Handle recruitment, training, performance management, and terminations, ensuring correct processes are followed.
- Represent the company at CCMA hearings and ensure compliance with labour legislation.
- Monitor store financial performance, highlight problem areas, and implement corrective action.
- Perform follow-ups on operational issues and ensure all stores maintain consistent quality standards.
- Travel frequently between stores to provide support, training, and leadership.
