My client, a leading manufacturer and distributor, is seeking a dynamic Roaming Retail Store Manager to oversee operations across multiple retail outlets (Elandsfontein, Gauteng). Non-Negotiable Requirements- Diploma in Business Administration / Sales / Marketing (NQF 6)
- Minimum 5 years’ Retail Sales / Marketing (3+ yrs supervisory)
- Proven experience in store operations, staff management & customer service
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, ERP/Retail systems)
- Valid driver’s licence & willingness to travel frequently
- Manage retail store operations, stock, pricing & promotions across multiple sites
- Support underperforming stores, cover for absent managers, and launch new locations
- Drive sales, canvass new customers, and support marketing & promotional activities
- Monitor compliance with legal, ISO, HSE, and financial controls
- Supervise and develop staff: Sales, Assistants, Auto-Electrician, General Workers, Driver
- Maintain customer satisfaction, handle escalations, and host engagement events
- Track budgets, control costs, and optimise resource
- Proactive, action-oriented leader with problem-solving ability
- Commercially minded and customer-focused
- Strong planning, organising, and supervisory skills
- Resilient and adaptable to changing environments
- Excellent communication (verbal & written)
- Improved sales & profitability across regions
