Description:

We are a growing accounting firm looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

General office administration and reception duties Managing client communication (emails, calls, scheduling meetings) Filing, record-keeping, and maintaining client databases Assisting accountants with preparation of client files and documentation Capturing data and maintaining accurate records Handling correspondence with SARS, CIPC, and other institutions (training will be provided if necessary) Supporting management and staff with day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements:

Previous administrative experience (preferably in an accounting/financial environment) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook, Excel essential) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and confidentiality are essential

Advantageous:

Knowledge of SARS e-Filing, CIPC, or accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, Pastel)
