Duties & Responsibilities:Public Relations: Develop PR strategies, manage media presence, and compile monthly reports on brand reputation.
Influencer Management: Source, brief, and manage influencers while executing impactful campaigns.
Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Event Coordination: Organize product launches, store openings, and brand activations.
Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and consumer insights to support strategy.
Campaign Coordination: Plan and execute marketing campaigns with cross-functional alignment.
CSI: Assist with community and corporate social investment initiatives.
Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Sales, Product Development, and other departments.
Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, report on campaign effectiveness, and provide insights.
Vendor & Agency Coordination: Manage external partners to deliver marketing outcomes.
Budget Management: Assist with maintaining and monitoring budget allocations.
Customer Engagement: Drive engagement and ensure positive customer interactions across channels.
Requirements:
Desired Experience & QualificationA Marketing Degree
2–3 years’ experience in a marketing role
Strong passion for creativity and innovation
