Youll be the go-to person for monthly management accounts, budgets, cashflow, and all things finance while also helping shape smarter processes and supporting exciting new business bids. Youll work closely with leadership, guiding decisions that keep the business moving forward.Key Responsibilities: Keep cashflow healthy with forecasting, reporting, and smart analysis. Deliver accurate monthly management accounts and budgets that tell the full story. Oversee creditors, debtors, reconciliations, and make sure every number adds up. Be the finance lead on audits, insurance, compliance, and BBBEE requirements. Lead and develop a motivated finance team while driving process improvements. Job Experience & Skills Required: BCom Honours (with Articles) / Newly Qualified CA. 35 years experience in a finance role with real accountability. Advanced Excel wizardry. Strong communicator who can influence, guide, and collaborate. Commercially sharp, detail-oriented, and solution-driven. A proactive leader who thrives on challenges and brings fresh ideas.
