Key Responsibilities
Lead the full warehouse cycle: receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch. Maintain precise stock records to minimize loss and maximize accuracy. Motivate, mentor, and manage the warehouse team to achieve top performance. Collaborate with production teams to ensure raw material availability on time, every time. Implement systems and processes that boost efficiency and cut costs. Uphold health, safety, and quality standards across all operations. Champion continuous improvement to drive warehouse excellence.Experience & Skills Required
510 years warehouse management experience, ideally within manufacturing. Strong background in raw material handling and production flows. Proven leadership skills with experience managing warehouse teams. Hands-on expertise with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Detail-focused, efficiency-driven, and cost-conscious mindset. Immediately available to step into a fixed-term contract role.
