Skills & Experience:
Minimum 12+ years in software engineering, including minimum 3+ years in a leadership role

Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
Knowledge of telecoms, networks, and internet technologies is a strong advantage

Qualification:
B.Eng or B.Sc. in Computer Science (leadership/management qualifications a plus).
