The Digital Banking Consultant is responsible for promoting, marketing, and supporting the organisations electronic banking platforms and digital channels. This client-facing role is central to driving digital adoption, enabling seamless user experiences, and ensuring clients are empowered to transact efficiently and securely online.

Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Relationship Management
Provide day-to-day assistance to customers on internet and mobile banking platforms.
Proactively build strong client relationships through regular engagement, training, and support.
Resolve queries and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
Sales & Digital Channel Growth
Promote and demonstrate digital banking services to existing and prospective clients.
Drive client migration to online banking platforms and increase digital transaction volumes.
Support implementation of sales strategies aligned with channel adoption targets.
Issue Resolution & Collaboration
Act as a link between clients and internal IT/Operations teams to resolve technical issues.
Escalate critical matters to the Global IT or technical support function when necessary.
Monitor and follow through on outstanding service requests or complaints.
Planning & Organisation
Manage multiple client assignments and projects concurrently.
Plan and prioritise tasks effectively, working within defined deadlines.
Maintain accurate reporting and communication logs as needed.
Communication
Deliver clear, professional communication in both verbal and written
