Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support:
• Assist Senior Engineers with documentation, data analysis, and reports.

Track project schedules and task completion. Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions. Product Development & Innovation: Support the creation, testing, and roll-out of cutting-edge mining tech. Conduct research to identify product improvements. Work closely with cross-functional teams for tech integration. Training & Technical Support: Develop training materials for technical staff. Deliver hands-on training and on-site system support. Troubleshoot and resolve technical system faults. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to initiatives that enhance system reliability and performance. Analyze operational data to detect trends and improve efficiency. Implement and monitor corrective actions. Performance Indicators (KPIs): Timely and accurate admin support for engineering teams. Positive training outcomes and on-site support effectiveness. Fast fault resolution with minimal system downtime. Measurable contributions to product innovation and reliability.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Pursuing or holding a Degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Clear and effective communication abilities. Proficiency with data analysis tools. Willingness to travel to mining sites. A valid drivers license. Experience in mining or industrial environments. Familiarity with systems like collision avoidance, fuel automation, or load & production systems. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
