Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
Operations: Ensure an ongoing routine maintenance program with adequate availability of resources and equipment.
Staff Management: Daily work planning, Task Allocation, Shifts, Leave, Individual performance management.
Budget Management: Prepare Annual Budget and Manage Budget Allocation.
Reporting: Create and present various kinds of reports to management.
QA & Environmental Management: Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, 14 000 & QM Standards.
Ensure resource and equipment availability.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Telecoms / Light Current
+6 Years Experience in Telecommunications (Technical Engineering & Build vs Leadership & Oversight)
Strong Management / Leadership Expertise | +2 Years Technical Radio Network Engineering & Build.
Knowledge of Technical Domains / Infrastructure Elements (Transmission, Microwave, Direct Current, Copper & Fibre Access)
