Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Group Financial Manager on strategic and operational finance initiatives Oversee and manage foreign exchange transactions with precision Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Ensure compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements Drive month-end close processes and general ledger reconciliations Lead budgeting, forecasting, and working capital optimisation Manage cash flow forecasting and ensure optimal liquidity Supervise accounts payable and streamline processes Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team
Job Experience and Skills Required:
CA(SA) Minimum 3 years post-articles commercial experience Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, and modelling) Experience with Sage X3 or similar ERP systems Strong technical accounting skills and a detail-oriented mindset Proven leadership ability to inspire, mentor, and drive performance Experience in a services-based industry preferred
