  Key Responsibilities:
  
• Oversee the full finance function, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.

Work closely with operations to drive efficiency, costing, and profitability. Manage financial controls and reporting for both factory and farm operations. Strategic input into business planning and commercial decision-making. Lead and develop a finance team across multiple locations. Travel to farm sites (1 week/month) for hands-on oversight and alignment.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
CA(SA) fully qualified and registered. Minimum 5 years post-articles experience, ideally within the Manufacturing, FMCG, or Agri sectors. Strong operational finance exposure not just reporting! Excellent leadership, commercial acumen, and hands-on approach.
