How you'll role
As an Assembly Line Worker/Assembler, you'll be central to the manufacturing process, responsible for assembling products or components according to detailed specifications. Your role ensures that each item meets stringent quality standards before shipment or installation. You'll operate hand tools and machinery, maintain records, and collaborate closely with your team to meet production targets.
What you'll do
- Assemble products or sub-assemblies by following blueprints or written instructions
- Inspect assembled products for defects and ensure alignment with quality standards
- Operate hand tools and machinery, ensuring safe and efficient use
- Test assembled products to verify functionality and troubleshoot issues
- Properly package finished products for shipping
- Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, materials, and any defects encountered
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Follow workplace safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly instructions, and technical diagrams
- Familiarity with hand tools and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting items
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
