Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the boutique and gallery Deliver exceptional guest service and personalized shopping experiences Oversee stock management, merchandising, and supplier relations Curate and showcase products, artworks, and bespoke collections that reflect the lodges identity Drive sales through excellent product knowledge, upselling, and guest interaction Manage financial transactions, reporting, and inventory control Train and mentor staff to maintain world-class standards of service and presentation Requirements:
Previous retail or boutique/gallery management experience, preferably in luxury or hospitality Strong sales and merchandising skills with a creative eye for detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized, proactive, and results-driven Passion for art, design, and delivering exceptional guest experiences Business acumen with stock control and reporting experience Why Join Us?
