In this role, your responsibilities will include recruitment/onboarding, employee/industrial relations, training, performance management, and ensuring compliance with South African labour legislation. Your experience in onboarding and recruitment, and employee and industrial relations (unions/shop stewards) must be strong.

§ Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology
§ Minimum 5 years' experience as a HR Generalist/Practitioner
§ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a unionised environment
§ Experience in a manufacturing environment will be advantageous
§ Excellent working knowledge and comprehensive understanding of South African labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, SDA, SDLA, EEA, BBBEEA)
