We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design vision and strategy for innovative digital products. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to craft exceptional user experiences, mentor designers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. You will take ownership of end-to-end design processes, from user research to high-fidelity design delivery, ensuring solutions are both user-centered and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership

Define and drive the design vision and strategy for products.
Provide thought leadership on design trends, tools, and methodologies.
Mentor and inspire junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

User Research & Insight

Conduct user research to understand behaviors, needs, and pain points.
Translate research into actionable insights and design strategies.
Ensure user feedback informs design iterations.

Conceptualization & Ideation

Facilitate ideation workshops to generate innovative design solutions.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine concepts.

Wireframing & Prototyping

Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications.
Partner with development teams to ensure feasibility and optimal implementation.

Visual & Interaction Design

Deliver visually compelling, brand-aligned designs with a strong attention to detail.
Produce high-fidelity mockups and design assets using industry-standard tools.
Ensure designs meet accessibility and responsiveness standards.

Design System Ownership

Develop, maintain, and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
Document design patterns and guidelines for wider team adoption.

Collaboration & Reviews

Partner with cross-functional teams to align design with product and business goals.
Conduct and participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback.

Usability Testing & Iteration

Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design effectiveness.
Iterate designs based on testing insights and user feedback.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

Maintain clear and practical design documentation.
Share knowledge through presentations, workshops, and mentoring sessions.

Requirements:

Key Requirements


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects.
Proven experience leading design initiatives for large-scale products from concept to launch.
Mastery of design tools such as Figma and proficiency in other prototyping/wireframing tools.
Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design principles.
Expertise in responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility (WCAG standards).
Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iteration.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring junior designers.
Comfortable working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
Passion for continuous learning, staying ahead of design trends, and applying emerging technologies.
