Description:
A corporate retailer has a vacancy for a Visual Department Manager in the Johannesburg and Hartebeespoort store to provide exceptional customer service through leading the visual merchandise team to deliver a world class shopping experience by creating and implementing impactful displays and maximise sales.
Plan and implement visual marketing material to ensure the effective lauch of promotions and special events in the allocated area.
Communicate marketing material for promotions to department staff.
Create visual displays in line with the visual manual.
Monitor current customer profies and observe customers to influence visual displays.
Manage the distribution and implementatin of ticketing and decor.
Manage and maintain all visual equipment.
Minimise waste and prevent shrinkage and control stock.
Requirements:
2 -3 years experience as a visual manager.
Strong people managment skills.
Ability to drive sales and targets.
Monitor, train and develop staff.
Performance managment.
Clear credit and criminal record.
Conduct performance and development discussions.
