Job Requirements:

  • Matric certificate

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English

  • Computer literacy

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

  • Experience in customer care or a related field is an advantage

  • Own transport and a valid driver’s license
