Key Responsibilities:Accurately cost repairs and confirm correct labour, paint, and parts pricing. Verify supplier invoices and cross-check against parts ordered. Monitor work in progress to ensure accurate cost of sales. Ensure authorisations are in place before invoicing and manage approvals for additional work. Liaise with Estimators, GM, Assessors, and Parts Buyers to resolve discrepancies. Complete and submit all costing, documentation, and invoicing timeously and accurately. Review and finalise costings daily with the General Manager. Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 / Senior Certificate (a financial qualification will be an advantage). 25 years experience as a Costing Clerk in the automotive industry (preferably auto body repair). Strong knowledge of end-to-end auto body repair processes. Proven experience liaising with Motor Assessors. Proficiency in the following systems:
Audatex/Abuntex (non-negotiable) Nett Assess (advantageous) OUTsurance system (advantageous) Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate level).
